Outlook Recovery ToolBox is a software product for restoring destroyed or discredited data files of Microsoft Outlook mail client included into the Microsoft Office package. Outlook stores its data in PST files; these files stop messages, contacts, tasks, notes, appointments, and journals. Outlook Recovery ToolBox reads the discredited PST file, identifies and restores information in the file. Outlook Recovery ToolBox saves the recovered information in a newly PST file or in several files.
An additional feature of the program is an ability of storing the recovered data in class files:
- Recovered messages are stored in eml files (compatible with near mail clients, for example, Outlook Express).
- Recovered contacts are stored in vcf files (vCard files for storing contacts).
- Sticky Notes are kept in class text files.
That means that each object from Outlook folders is saved to a class file. When information is saved as class files, the folder structure on the disk will be like to the original folder structure in the original PST file. So, the program tail be used for extracting messages, contacts and notes from Outlook data files. In Outlook it's impossible to export messages in eml format.
Outlook Recovery ToolBox reads data from PST files of wholly formats including Outlook 97.
Outlook Recovery ToolBox restores data from files protected with a password.
Outlook Recovery ToolBox works with files larger than 2Gb; maximum size of original files is 4Gb.
Outlook Recovery Toolbox is PST viewer, PST subscriber too.
The tool is Microsoft Outlook rescue software for a recovering discredited corrupted Outlook PST and OST files.
Software successfully tested with Outlook 98, Outlook 2000, Outlook XP, Outlook 2003, Outlook 20007.
